Shipping Process

At Anita’s getting your order to you in a timely and safe manner is always our top priority. We endeavour to process orders within 24-48 hours of payment being received, please ensure your order is in by 12 noon, this way we can do our best to ensure it is ready for the postal pickup the next day, otherwise it will be delayed until the next shipping day. Thank you for your understanding.

Local Pickup

We offer non contact pickup from Mirrabooka, Western Australia, once your order is processed and ready for collection we will send you an email/text with our pickup details and confirm a suitable pickup time.

We currently offer flat rate postage, usually via Australia Post and on occasion we will use Sendle/Fastaway Couriers especially for larger items.

Large/Bulky Orders

For larger orders we may need to contact you in regards to additional postal charges. For larger orders, we try and choose to the best postal option for you as Australia Post can be very expensive for large items, we will send you a notification if this is going to be the case. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please note: As from March 30, 2020 we are no longer able to request signature on delivery (due to Covid-19) we do not take responsibility for any parcels that go missing or considered lost by Aust Post, sincere apologies for any inconvenience, but this is Aust Post std. If you know that your area is unsafe and you do not want your parcel left, please leave a comment on your order.

Once your order is processed, we will send you an email update via our website with the approximate delivery date and tracking information.
